  9. Pick a Good Toothpaste- Flouride toothpaste aids in preventing cavities. If you have sensitive teeth, then a specialized toothpaste would be more beneficial. OTC products work for many people, but prescription strength sensitivity toothpaste is also available.
  10. Use Head Protection in Contact Sports- Playing sports is exciting and can lead to potential dental injuries. Wear the appropriate helmet, mask, or gear to protect yourself and your teeth.
